We do not accept returns or refund request on hair care or skincare products, and/or services. No exchanges or store credits. All sales are finals.
Changes to an existing order are only acceptable within 24 hours of submitting your payment. Please note that we do not accept or honor requests for changes beyond the 24 hours window. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes made to your order. please email us at locd.n.bold@gmail.com.
In the event of an appointment cancelation on our end, we will refund your service deposit. Please note that we are not liable for any fees incurred by airline tickets, hotel or Airbnb reservations, car rentals, or ride sharing apps including Uber and Lyft.
